The birthing process for Hero House goes on... I've been told that we haven't yet slipped our deadline to get the book at San Diego, and thank goodness for that. We're just waiting for a few minor designs to come back - title page, my voluminous thank yous, etc. But the pages of the comic themselves are, to the best of my knowledge, totally done. Now I just can't wait to actually have the friggin' thing in my hands. Did I mention we've been at this for five years now? Good news though - I've reread the entire thing several times now for editing purposes, and putting modesty aside for a moment, I think it really kicks ass.
The birthing process for the other AclinCorp project, however, is finally done - AclinCorp CEO (and my wife) Brooke Aclin gave birth to our second daughter last Friday after 23 hours of labor. That makes five years of working on a comic look like child's play.
